I’m very happy to be living at Emerson Park Apartments. The management and maintenance team are helpful, cheerful, and very responsive to our needs. The landscaping is beautiful. Our 2-bedroom unit is a good size. The appliances work well. Our electric bills are very reasonable, even in the summer. We appreciate the amenities (pools, playground, dog park). There is a convenience store around the corner. We are very close to 2 bus lines and the Light Rail. We are about to start our third year living here

Gary came out on an emergency a/c call and replaced our thermostat. He was great, our a/c was out and a service call was put in

The new maintenance guy Gary. Is awesome!!!! I been here for 2 years He’s the best I seen and actually finishes the job and not half a$$ the job.
