I’ve had a great experience living at Emerson Park Apartment Homes. The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, with lots of greenery that creates a relaxing atmosphere. My unit is clean, spacious, and gets plenty of natural light.

Management is accessible and consistent. Facilities are good and well-maintained. I have no complaints about living here.

Gary was communicative and quick with the repairs. Informed me if they'd had the parts or not, and was quick to follow up when they were in store

We lived in this complex for almost eight years and the current management was the best we had. They go above and beyond to solve issues quickly and efficiently and are constantly working to improve the complex for the residents. The front desk staff, Kaylah, is absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. The location is also great. You are right by Tempe Marketplace, the Light Rail, and tons of great restaurants. If you want to be close to ASU or in the heart of Tempe, Emerson Park cannot be beat.

Just spoke with a representative named Kayla She has been the best representative I have spoken with today. Her Customer service was hands-down. Perfect. Very informative, straightforward with details about everything that comes with the apartment. 👏👍🙏

Gary the maintenance man was great came and fixed everything all in 20 minutes even came back a 2nd time to make sure we had the right part for our toilet 5 stars!!! even introduced himself and was polite

Gery was incredibly nice and helpful when fixing my leaking AC unit. Very informative and fast, everything was fixed within the same day. Thank you so much!!
